  1. Pinterest is so great for healthy eating! If only I actually liked to cook...

It's so hard to stay on track with health and diet but Pinterest definitely helps a lot, with all the fitness challenges and easy snacks/meals, it's a great stepping stone into a healthy life.

  2. My problem is I spend more time looking for and pinning ideas instead of actually following through! In this regard, I believe that dedicated health and fitness apps and sites are better than Pinterest, if only because they, (for the most part) have some sort of tracker. How are you doing? How far along are you to attain your goal? Other questions such as these actually get people going. Pinterest makes people FEEL like they're doing something, but clicking a mouse hasn't lost me any calories yet! I still agree that the ideas and inspirational quotes on many fitness boards keep me coming back though! I like your point of view and understand where you're coming from, even if we're not 100% on the same page!
